NEW HAZELTON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

A BECA was prepared and from that, a design for new exterior work was created. This design included: rot repair, new vinyl windows, flashing, replacement of the existing cedar with hardie siding, paint as well as metal cladding and stucco for the gym. Documents were developed for three phases of construction during the first phase. The contractor worked during the good weather season to complete each phase.
