MURPHY RESIDENCE

This project involved a complete renovation of this 5,000 SF home. The house was opened up to take advantage of the city views and create an open living environment. The massing of the house was modified to update the overall visual effect, without changing the primary structural system. Rich walnut and white Carrara marble were used throughout, creating a unified and sophisticated material palette. On the lower level, a state-of-the-art media room was added.
